Order processing time up to 2-4 business days. The product can be received in our office or/ omniva/ mail.

In the European Union up to 10 working days.
International shipments up to 21 working days.

(Delivery times may vary depending on the situation in each country)

-Costs:

All fees and taxes, their applicable costs, are the responsibility of the recipient. The standard delivery price is 3.50 euros in Latvia.  International orders are sent via Latvijas Pasts or Omniva, in the Baltic States via DPD or Omniva and te cost depends on Country we are shipping.

RETURN POLICY

If you want to return the product, please contact us to inform about the reason for the return and to agree on the return procedure.

You can return the product within 2 weeks after receiving the product. Money will be refunded if the product is not damaged, unused or otherwise damaged and is under our trademark. If these conditions are not met, we may not accept it.

When returning the product, the buyer is initially entitled to request that the seller eliminate the discovered defects free of charge or exchange it for another product. Only if this cannot be done can the buyer demand a refund. The product you want to return is your responsibility until we receive it. if we receive the product without damage, we will refund the money within 10 days. The money will be returned to the bank account specified by you when making the purchase. We return the value of the product, but do not refund the shipping costs.
All return costs are covered by the buyer.

The product was purchased with a gift card

If the product was purchased with a gift card, then the product cannot be returned for money, but can be exchanged for another product in the value of the gift card. The product must be undamaged, unused or otherwise damaged and must bear our trademark.
